Vacations package must be purchased and fully paid only via Apple Vacations, or Funjet Vacations links on our website: www.mdt-vacations.com Gift cards offer is valid for completed original packages, booked via Apple/Funjest Vacations links only. Partial/prorated/refunded/cancelled/exchanged/amended packages do not qualify for this offer.
Copy of the complete itinerary, and proof of payment must be sent to [email protected], no later than 7 calendar days after final payment has been made, or this offer is not valid.
Qualifications: 3-4 nights package - up to $15.00 gift card, 5-6 nights package - up to $20.00 gift card, 7 and more nights package - up to $25.00 - per person. (Adult and Child participants only. Infants excluded)
Gift cards will be sent to the credit card holder and credit card billing address provided during the online purchase via Fedex, or USPS mail with a Signature Confirmation Delivery. No exceptions, or changes to mailing address is allowed.
Gift cards will arrive 2-3 weeks after completed vacation packages.
