Georgia has always been a home for people who belong to different religions. That’s the reason why we can meet churches, mosques and synagogues on our way. Bagrati Cathedral in Kutaisi presents a masterpiece of the medieval architecture. Heading westwards from the capital of Georgia, we come across Gelati Monastery. This complex is not only the place of Christian’s meditation, but is also included in UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage list. We should also visit the church of Dzhvari which is the religious symbol of the country.
